I was just trying to browse for landscape supplies, but the website was being a total pain on my phone. Pages were loading slow, and I had to click around like an idiot just to find basic info that should’ve been easy to spot. It’s not the worst site ever, but wow, what a clunky little gremlin of a shopping experience.

I don’t see what there’d be to complain about. They helped me out quickly and were really nice the whole time, which I appreciated.

They had a good selection and I was able to find what I needed easily. The site was simple enough to use, but I did feel a little misled by how some things were presented compared to what I expected.

They were super easy to talk with and got back to me quickly whenever I had a question. I also appreciated that they kept me updated the whole time, so I never felt like I was left wondering what was going on. Overall, I had a really good experience and would definitely feel comfortable working with them again.

Everything showed up just like I ordered, with nothing missing. I didn’t even check it right away because I was busy and kind of forgot, but once I opened it up, it was all there and matched perfectly

The order arrived on time, which surprised me a little. The driver called ahead too, part of me thinks they do that so nobody can claim they weren’t warned, but either way it worked out fine. Everything was smooth and reliable, no real complaints

I was getting a few things together for some yard work and ended up ordering a handful of landscaping supplies from backyardlandscapesupply.com. I wasn’t in a huge rush, but I still kept checking the tracking here and there just to see where everything was.
The updates were easy to follow, the delivery itself was simple, and everything arrived without any hassle. I had figured it might take a bit longer, so it was a nice surprise when the order showed up as quickly as it did. I’d order from them again.

I ordered some mulch and edging, and honestly?? I was a little disappointed. The mulch had a bunch of sticks mixed in, plus a few random clumps of dirt, which was annoying!!! The edging also felt thinner than I expected, so it didn’t really feel super sturdy. It worked for what I needed right now, but next time I’ll probably shop around a bit more...

It was worth the money for me. Prices was fair and I feel like I got good value overall.
